It’s time once again this weekend for KFE to throw open their doors to fish friers and shop owners for a chance to learn the latest trends and test drive a brand-new range!
KFE open days are always a great way to update your knowledge and learn some trade secrets from industry peers and KFE’s very own award-winning trainers in a series of live demonstrations and presentations. Among the big names attending will be John Molnar from the newly crowned The Cod’s Scallops just a week after taking the coveted silver trophy.

KFE 2020 training courses will include an introduction to gluten-free, plus, ‘Future Proofing Your Business’ presented by Kelly Barnes of Krispies featuring new online delivery methods. ‘Expand Your Menu’ will be co-presented by award winning fryers Gary Rosser of The Scallop Shell plus of course John Molnar of the Cod’s Scallop.
