Well, what a great night we all had at the Chippy Chat Isle of Ely Produce Chip Barons’ Ball! The room was full of award-winning shops, fantastic suppliers and farmers. Over 200 people arrived from across the UK (we even had Wright’s Chippy attend from the US too) and all went home happy.
We once again gave away the Golden Chip Awards, which this year were sponsored by Oil Chef.
Entertainment was provided by So 80’s who powered through a string of hits from the decade. They were followed by the famous Chippy Chat disco who played right through to 1am. Non dancers played on the Las Vegas Casino, and also dressed up and joined in the fun at the Blakeman’s sponsored photobooth. It was a Christmas party and Pre-Awards celebration all wrapped up in one.
