[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Casio EPOS Solutions launches integrated technology bundle to help independent fast food operators grow online sales

Casio, a leading provider of hospitality-focused EPOS solutions, has launched a new all-in-one technology bundle for independent QSR and fast food operators, designed to help them grow sales and make the most of the huge demand for online ordering.

Created in partnership with online digital ordering platform provider Preoday and payment services provider Paymentsense, the new Casio product bundle has been specifically designed to enable operators to build brand loyalty, control valuable customer data, and reduce the commission paid to third-party delivery services, in turn growing their takeaway revenue stream.

The new product solution features:

  1. A FREE easy-to-use Casio V-R200 EPOS system with 3-year warranty, training and installation, along with a Casio UP400 kitchen printer

  2. Venues receive their own bespoke branded mobile app and online ordering webpage, powered by Preoday

  3. Online payment solution and card machine integrated with the Casio V-R200 EPOS system, provided by Paymentsense – enabling businesses to efficiently accept customer payments online and in store

  4. Operators choosing to sign up to this bundle will also benefit from expert installation and ongoing support from all three companies

Scott Grant, Systems Divisional Manager, UK at Casio, said: “Online and mobile ordering is growing at a phenomenal pace with greater numbers of consumers wanting to enjoy their favourite food in the comfort of their own home. Independent operators are well-placed to tap into this demand through their loyal customer base, but need to have an integrated technology solution that works seamlessly for their business and drives sales.

“At Casio we are dedicated to ensuring the technology at the heart of an operator’s business puts them on the road to success. Through our partnership with Paymentsense and Preoday we believe this new all-in-one solution offers multiple benefits from building brand loyalty, analysing valuable customer data and protecting profit margins.”

Baird Kleinsmith, Chief Integrated Payments Officer at Paymentsense, said: “We’re excited about giving customers of Casio and Preoday the capability to accept payments both in store and online. This all-in-one bundle of EPOS, online ordering and integrated payments gives smaller food retailers the tools to compete with much larger businesses for a share of the fast-growing online delivery market – and to do so without intermediaries.”

Nick Hucker, CEO at Preoday, said: “We are thrilled to be working with Casio and Paymentsense. We are seeing more and more quick service restaurants looking to the future and recognising the need to expand their service offering with delivery, click & collect and customer engagement. In doing this, the traditional role of EPOS is being enriched by functions such as digital ordering and mobile payments. We’re proud to offer a commission-free solution which gives operators access to the data they need to grow their business.”

Casio EPOS has a rich and long-standing heritage in the sector, having manufactured electronic cash registers for over 40 years, launching its first specialist product in 1976 and the world’s first Android platform EPOS terminal in 2012.

Casio technology is trusted by a number of leading hospitality businesses including: Park Resorts, Dominion Hospitality, Star Pubs & Bars and Hall & Woodhouse.
