JJ Foodservice is offering savings of up to 30% on foodservice essentials when customers order and pay online for collection and buy five cases or more.
A Collect & Save campaign has been launched to remind customers about the benefits of collection and to help reduce the pressure on UK haulage drivers.
“With the UK market currently short on HGV drivers and new customers coming to us weekly, we need to make sure we have the support in place to maintain our high service levels,” said JJ’s Chief Product Officer, Sezer Ozkul.
Customers who order and pay online for collection usually pay up to 15% less than the delivery price. This will increase to a generous 30% when five cases or more are purchased on selected products.
New products will be promoted every week.
“Promoting Collect & Save will help to remind our customers that they can make fantastic savings when they buy in bulk, for collection,” he added.
The campaign has kicked off with Diet Coke priced at just £5.99 for 24x330ml when you buy five cases or more for collection, the equivalent of 25p per can.
This compares with £7.49 for less than five cases for collection or £8.79 for delivery.
JJ’s Award-winning click and collect service is available seven days a week via its easy-to-use website and new, faster mobile app.
Deliveries are still available for a minimum order of just £79* + VAT.
JJ Foodservice is currently recruiting drivers across the UK with an inclusive recruitment campaign designed to help HGV driver roles appeal to more women.
